DESIGN: While I love the typeface Gill Sans Black Ultracondensed (I use-d it for many graphic design projects) I suggest that you change it. Use it for big(ger) wide-spaced headlines only, and combine it with more readable bodytext. The most obvious would be of course Gill Sans. But Verdana or Trebuchet might work as well. The text as it is now is difficult to read. As a typographer I value your choice, but please never forget 'form follows function'.
