Ticket requests SHOULD NOT be proposing code changes UNLESS discussed by a developer.

Why? Because there are at least 3 modules I've seen that will do this without unmanaged, bespoke coding.

Tickets should generally be providing the request, not the solution... This request should read: "Better logging of events in CRON run".

Cron seem to be working OK now, I don't know why it wasn't a while ago...
