From a user: "as it is now saying that I have already added an initiative or am an editor associated with one and that I need to contact you to add another...."
Another user had the same problem.

- Owner changed from somebody to ed
- Estimated Number of Hours set to 0.1
- Status changed from new to assigned
- Billable? unset
This was a feature request from the issues list!!! Users presently CANNOT create more than one initiative profile by design - there's a rule and a module in place, see:
https://www.transitionnetwork.org/admin/rules/rules/rules_1/edit
Need clarification on the correct behaviour.

oh fuck so it was. so that nutters wouldn't form break out groups and split their initiatives (which we've seen a bit of). ha ha! i am a client, hear me change my mind.
OK - the issue here is that some users want to set up local initiatives *and* regional ones (or temporary co-ordinating hubs/national hubs). Is it possible to check for the *type* of initiative profile and enable 1 of each type?
Replying to ed:
Ed can you expand ? Have had a quick look and seems to allow it. Authenticated users have the permission to create initiative profiles, so at what point does it appear to stop them ?
