Laura has done the 'about and thanks' page texts and I have tweaked and included in the code...

The other messages already existed in the system and I'm now in the process of adding the extra waffle...

(upload to live server pending, nothing to test yet!)

Note to Ed: You can't have multiple people assigned to a ticket, changing from the gestalt entity of "Laura, Jim" to an actual person (me) "Jim".

I've now updated the 'Webmaster notify/remind of new submission' email per wiki link...

I've also updated the wiki to match my email structure which was slightly different due to the way moderation currently works.

Doing other emails now...

  • Add Hours to Ticket changed from 0.0 to 1.0
  • Status changed from accepted to closed
  • Resolution set to fixed
  • Total Hours changed from 0.25 to 1.25

Wiki page also updated with locations where these messages are editable: in code (what file & function), in Rules etc.

Last emails done and wiki page updated.. Will be going live in a little bit.
