PSE tab gone from widget admin user account

PSE moderation tab disappeared from widget admin user account. Please re-instate.

ALSO: in roles: when setting TI webmasters as widget owners, is it
(a) widget
(b) widget admin
?

PSE tab back... That's an annoying Features bug since I have to re-save the view after importing the updated PSE feature... Grrr..

And I propose changing those roles names so things are crystal clear:

  • 'Widget Admin' --> 'Widget owner'
  • 'Widget' --> 'Widget user'
