make an automatic block which lists the 'bloggers' (both internal and external' Title: "Bloggers list"

FIXED AT LAST!!!

Used ​http://drupal.org/node/83615 but amended the PHP to handle our strange 'imported bloggers'...

Have created a new block (PHP, don't edit!) called 'Bloggers (automatic)', plus tidied the context and blocks settings to better show them properly.
