If possible add Tibet to the dropdown list of countries

Sorry, this is folly IMO.

  1. Tibet is not a country, despite people's wishes. ​http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tibet
  2. Same issue as #53, needs a database update.

Feel free to reopen if this upsets some Buddhists! (Though strictly speaking they should just meditate on the impermanence of websites and the internet as a whole, and indeed Chinese occupation.)
