imported news items are re-published in full on the ​http://www.transitionnetwork.org/news/community page. only a short teaser is neccesary

I've just set the view to use teasers, but it appears they're not being set up properly during import...

I recommend kicking this one into touch since the sharing engine II will be on the scene soon enough.
