Let's arrange a separate call for this - we can cover a few hosting/sys ad things

- Add Hours to Ticket changed from 0.0 to 1.0
- Total Hours changed from 0.1 to 1.1
Adding the meeting time to this ticket and noting that, amoung other things, I'll:
- Re-enable the dumping of the output of top and vmstat to /var/log/high-load.log when there is a load spike on ticket:555
- Re-enable New relic monitoring when Ed gives the go-ahead on ticket:586, this is probably best done late at night as BOA needs to be updated.
