Description

Personal profiles relation to initiatives/projects: make it possible for individuals to be related to more than one initiative (wilf, durham)

The "Initiatives involved in" field in user profiles already allows multiple values and has help text that tells the user what to do...

users are only able to edit one instance of each type of initiative profile. it was a rule to avoid people flouncing out of arguments and setting up their own new profile.
