Hi Paul

Are you up for taking a look at this one?

Have you had a chance to set up a site on the stg platform yet? It would be good if you could have a play with the aegir platform before we lose Jim..

I'll try and call you again later. I got a terrible line earlier.

Best

Sam

It may be as simple as playing around with the view, but I had a look at it and couldn't figure it out.. So may be something deeper.

Do we have any documentation on setting up a stage site for development? I'll go and take a look at the wiki ..

Hi Paul

After a few false starts at setting up a local environment I came to the conclusion it was easiest to spin up a new stg.transitionnetwork.org site via ageir frontend and work on that. Jim seemed to think this was OK.

The upside is creating a new site is as easy as pressing the button in ageir frontend.

I guess there is a small risk that we could use up too many resources on the VM, but as I say Jim seemed to think it was OK.

Best

Sam

Hi Sam,

I normally set up a local environment for development. If it's possible to get a copy of the database I could give this a go? I already have the code via *drush make*

I'll continue exploring ageir tomorrow and try to spin up a stage server for investigating the current issue. Sorry for taking this ticket off topic.

Best, Paul

  • Add Hours to Ticket changed from 0.0 to 0.5
  • Total Hours changed from 0.0 to 0.5

When you create a new initiative you have the option to manually enter an initiatives number. The view could be modified to filter out these records that are missing an initiatives number.

Time booked : 30 minutes.

  • Add Hours to Ticket changed from 0.0 to 0.1
  • Owner changed from paul to ed
  • Total Hours changed from 0.5 to 0.6

The view filters on Status = Official, therefore it's a data issue and is either:

  • A) Official initiatives don't have a number, but should.
  • B) Some initiatives have been marked Official erroneously.

Passing to Ed to look into...

Sam and Ed agreed to not show the TIs without a number - looks like Sam has done this...
