Image not scaling on project

Description

The REconomy logo is not scaling and being re-presented well on the project page:

Is this a theme/design issue or a problem with image re-sizing?

Changed panel image settings from 'thumb image small' to 'image'

This makes the image display correctly. In this case it's still quite a small image. Is there a slightly larger copy of that file anywhere?
