Next theme update will have a bolder colour dotting underneath and have highlighted more of the some other relevant link pieces in some of the blocks.

Would like to see how users like/dislike before making even more adjustments. Other options upon feedback - I can use a really light colour (the green (which some people find difficult to read in between normal paragraphs of dark text) or shadin the background a little to highlight that it is a link if this latest fix does not work.
