hi, i think i've locked myself out of puffin again.
i successfully logged in and navigated to ~ and /.
but it wouldn't let me access /data/disk/tn/static/transition-network-d6-s012
it asked for more authentication and then stopped responding.

hi chris! you don't have to work on this on the weekend! i am only working now because i am away on wednesday.
i can access:

That is because BOA has locked it down:
cd / ls -lah | grep data drwx--x--x 7 root root 4.0K Dec 15 2012 data/
Your anewholm account has sudo so you can ssh in and sudo -i and then you have full access to everything.
However if you want to use SFTP to access the server then I suggest you use the tn.ftp account -- I have just added your ssh public key to it.
Is that OK?
I have unblocked the last blocked IP address as per PuffinServer#Falsepositives
Let me know if that hasn't done the trick.
