include initiatives' own maps into the map function for big (city-wide, e.g. LA, London) cities - one marker isn't enough! (JP, TT LA)

as discussed in skype 25/08/10 - this is a quick tweak to the initiative admin settings.
Ed decided to hold this tweak back as it may be useful to some big cities (currently LA) who are set up as 'transition [big city]' where the neighbourhoods are subsets of the city initiative, but could be confusing to others who are set up as 'transition [neighbourhood in big city]' where the neighbourhoods have separate identities (e.g. bristol) and the city initiative is a co-ordinating hub...

Wouldn't multiple addresses do the job? We could just enable, say, a max of 3 or 5 locations and the maps will automatically show them?
