the theme homepages (e.g. /energy) need tidying up and given a layout with a central space for editable text, and blocks underneath

Panels now upgraded... This is easily possible with no theme work right now... Will get to when other, higher importance issues are done.

Have now made a Panels variant of this page which has replaced the old default themes layout... e.g. http://www.transitionnetwork.org/energy
Includes projects, initiatives and news related to the theme - easy to add more chunks of data and almost limitless layouts too...
Ed probably needs a Panels training conversation/Skype/meeting to get the best from this. Ed?
