It's a Notifications bug, fixed upstream, expect a new version of the module soon: ​http://drupal.org/node/845250

In the mean time I've found a message template I missed and fixed it.

if this is still happening please post the message here!!!!! There are ~20 templates, twice (workspaces+live) and I need specifics to track it down.

Consider this a free fix...!

Had missed one [node-url] - it's now been replaced by [site-url][node-path]... Can't see any other messages with this issue.

Yes, Notifications module has this fixed - am pushing to DEV this eve... Once tested will go to LIVE and hopefully squash this bug once and for all.

Now updates are on LIVE so assuming this is fixed - reopen if new error appears.
