Clearer differentiation between comments

Description

Commenters need clearer differentiation between comments which are hard to tell which one you're replying to - atm they appear as one long block where it's not clear which comment has which functionality - can you add a separation between the comments?

Will do something with the css, wonder if in addition, a slightly bigger left padding on the indented/threaded comments too, will help it visually.

Have increased indent, and separated each comment (can be seen on DEV) if everyone happy can mark this ticket closed.
