Mailing list address field set to 'link': needs to be text

Description

tiny thing but I don't seem to be able to do it myself: how do i change this to just a text field to display:

this came up before in different places but this mail reminded me:

We cannot easily change the field type from Link to Text without losing data OR having to manually copy the field information OR having to add modules/code this up.

BUT the link field is correct in as far as it must be a web address.

So the solution, and what I have done for Durham, is to use 'mailto:[email address]' as per web standard. That works fine.

Have edited the explano-text for that field, now says:
"Enter a link address for your <strong>mailing list</strong> only - use "mailto:" at the start if this is an email address. Note this is not the general contact email address. Your contact button will handle those email enquiries. "
