Blocks need styling

Description

The blocks are outlined with lines etc. which looks a bit clunky and won't work in panels. Explore making blocks more differentiated with colour/shadow etc.

Added styling to sidebar blocks (can be seen in DEV), possibly a color issue - after feedback and further tweaks can add to content top blocks and content bottom blocks if needed too. (though that may make the site abit too blocky!)
