Pwiki would be the thing to use here wouldn't it?

There are some things in Piwik that could be used for this:

Custom Variables
Some common use cases for Custom Variables are...
For each page view, set a Custom Variable with the page's category (and/or subcategory) to get a report on how many times each page's category has been viewed
http://piwik.org/docs/custom-variables/

Tracking Goals conversions
Conversion tracking is a great way to identify what your business objectives are, view and analyse your current performance, and learn how to increase your conversions, conversion rates, and revenue per visit. Goals can be triggered based on user actions (download, plays a video), or when user visits a given page (checkout.html, thank-you-for-your-purchase.html).
http://piwik.org/docs/tracking-goals-web-analytics/

Tracking Campaigns
Campaign tracking in Piwik Analytics allows you to track how efficient are various marketing campaigns in bringing visitors to your website (visits, pageviews, etc.), and how well these visitors convert or how much revenue they generate.
http://piwik.org/docs/tracking-campaigns/

Also there are some things that can be done in Drupal with the Piwik plugin:

Piwik plugin for Drupal
Selectively track/exclude certain users, roles and pages
http://piwik.org/blog/2008/11/piwik-plugin-for-drupal/
https://drupal.org/project/piwik

I guess the starting point would be to describe in detail what needs to be tracked and then we can work out how to do it.
