Add thumbnail images to story blog items listings pages

Add thumbnails to the listings pages of the Social Reporter blogs pages next to the teaser text on:

1. /stories
2. /stories/username

Take the thumbnails from the relevant SR blog items (showing a picture from that SR blog item). If there is no picture in that SR blog item, put the leaf icon instead.

(this was set up for the /blogs but we removed it from the /blogs in 2010)

Management-wise - this is an enhancement request to the main site, so I am filing this as enhancement, therefore a webmaster-first request (so not raising ttech time)... let's see how this process goes...

Per Laura and my email chat, this is best acheived by a dedicated field rather than scraping the image out of the content...

So I'll take over for little while here while I add the necessary bits. There might be a need for mild CSS/Views/Panels love to get these displayed properly, and a probably worth using "Filefield Sources" too...
