Module and Drupal core updates

Given:

• New Drupal core releases coming 1 Feb: ​http://groups.drupal.org/node/203508
• Panels and Date: minor security updates to do - not important for us because we don't use modules/permissions that are risk
• Other module updates too
• Updates to Sharing Engine
• Laura's CSS updates
• Anything else

I propose a site update via Git in very early Feb, plus updates and the addition of the News Sharing Engine to Git, so we can close #364 too.

Also, we'll need to wait a couple of days for the new D6.23 changes to work their way into the Pressflow version we use/need.

In Git and on DEV:

• newer Dev version of reCaptcha which should hopefully fix #387.
• Added Filefield Sources module
• updated Drupal core from Pressflow to "Pressflow +" which is Drupal 6.24+Pressflow+fixes+performance tweaks from ​https://github.com/omega8cc/pressflow6
• Added Laura's new CSS
• Added TinyMCE to Libraries

Am testing now but all appears fine.

Cleaned out lots of old unused modules, added Update Status Advanced to remove annoying 'UDPATE ME!' messages

Tested DEV, looks fine, will push to LIVE tonight.

LIVE modules updated, core clear, enhancements pumped and woobles drizzled...

This means, barring Laura tweaks, this ticket is done.
