TI webmaster needs to see list of projects in own account

Description

  • TI webmaster cannot see list of projects from own widget:
  1. to be moderated
  2. approved

(NB: admin can see them on TI web master's user account)

Odd, the data is there but view is not filtering properly... I'll have to continue debugging this strange one...
