Description
Add an option to identify the submitted projects through the PSE widget and the main projects form as:
'Transition' or 'Other' project
with text
'Is this a Transition group project, or other?'
as per the wiki page:

Please also edit your documentation to correctly describe the Content types description...

Sorry Jim, re-opening mate.
This is about a different thing: an option for users to choose from two options:
a)Transition project
b)Not Transition project
This to appear in the PSE and on the main projects form. Charlotte will be updating the whole projects directory including this change...

- Mandatory to force people to start adding the data
- Defaults to "Transition"
- 4th item on a project form.

2: Yes, the _field_ is editable by anyone, only on projects they can edit (as owner or admin).

This already exists... Content Source (field_content_source) was not visiable to anyone because I forgot the permissions. It already has values of:
I've made the above visible to editors and admins, but noone else -- it's automatically set by the widget.
There's also the Needs moderation (field_pse_moderate) field that lets us know if a submitted project is either:
Clearly the situation with things going in published/ not being visiable has something to do with these fields not behaving... Looking into it.
Finally, the content type documentation is in flux because
a) The Project content type is still being diddled with
b) The fields we show from the Project content type are still being altered
c) The submitted PSE project and a standard, vanilla TN project are *the same thing*
