Usernames not showing up as links, and some links not showing on TI profiles

Description

See this when logged in and not logged in:

  1. username *links* only appear if you are logged in (as admin, social reporter, group admin (test user2, test user1)). Ie the username links don't appear if you are not logged in.
  1. Other web identifies don't show up unless you are logged in

This is by design and agreement: user profiles are not visible to non-logged in users. Always been that way.

Is this something you want to change, Ed?

Yes it is something to change please. Please enable it so that non-logged in users can see the user profiles, and links to the user profiles around the site.

Please note also point #2 which was that 'other web identities don't show up unless user is logged in' - these need to appear to non-logged in users.
