Subscription option for Social Reporters CT

We want a button on the Social Reporters section that enables users to easily subscribe to the Social Reporters' blog posts CT. Offers the option to all types of user:

1. Users may not be logged in
2. Users may not be registered

1. This is a bit like the sub button on Transition Culture section
2. I can't find it in TRAC but have this memory of enabling email-only subscriptions to not-registered-users from olden days - can you enlighten me about that? I'm not sure it's the answer - we probably want them to register so they can add comments - but this request has brought up that old function

I copied and tweak the sub to rob's blog block as requested. It's called "Social Reporter updates via email" and has the same setup as before - a "Subscribe!" button that subs to ALL SR CT posts.

However, for non-logged in users remains no anonymous subscription -- just a 'Register' button. This is how the original Rob's subs block worked.

I've added the block to the main /stories panel page, and each SR blog post content type page.
