create a view so that users can see the inis in order of number

New "Official Initiatives by Number" view page at ​http://www.transitionnetwork.org/initiatives/by-number - can only show official because Mullers don't have an ID.

looking sweet. going to make some folks very happy with that. can you make the ini name column a bit narrower so that the country column doesn't wrap for the UK? Or rename United Kingdom as "UK" so we don't get that double line?
